BROCCOLI APPLE SALAD WITH GREEK YOGURT DRESSING

1 BUNCH OF BROCCOLI FLORETS CUT INTO BITE SIZES
2 APPLES, CORED AND CUT
1 CARROT CHOPPED
1 BUNCH OF SCALLIONS, CHOPPED
1/3 CUP OF GOLDEN OR REGULAR RASINS
JUICE FROM A LEMON

DRESSING:
1 CUP OF PLAIN GREEK YOGURT
1/3 CUP OF OLIVE OIL
2 TABLESPOONS OF APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
1 TABLESPOON OF HONEY
SALT/PEPPER TO TASTE
MIX THE TOP INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. IN A SEPARATE BOWL
WHISK THE DRESSING INGREDIENTS. MIX BOTH TOGETHER
