2 SMALL SWEET ONIONS, SLICED
1 PINT OF CHERRY TOMATOES
4 CLOVES OF GARLIC, MINCED
3 TABLESPOONS OF LOW-SODIUM SOY SAUCE
2 TABLESPOONS OF HONEY
2 TABLESPOONS OF WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1 TABLESPOON OF OLIVE OIL
1⁄4 TEASPOON OF PEPPER
IN OVEN: PLACE THE CHICKEN THIGHS IN A BAKING DISH WITH THE
TOMATOES. WHISK THE GARLIC, SOY SAUCE, OLIVE OIL, HONEY, AND
PEPPER IN A BOWL AND THEN POUR OVER THE CHICKEN.
PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 375 AND BAKE FOR 45 MINUTES
SLOW COOKER: PLACE EVERYTHING IN THE SLOW COOKER, TOP WITH
SAUCE AND COOK ON LOW FOR HIGH FOR 4 HOURS OR LOW FOR 7
