DAY ONE:

BREAKFAST:

DRINK A MUG OF WARM WATER WITH HALF A LEMON SQUEEZED IN

WAIT ABOUT 15 MINUTES AND MAKE A GREEN SMOOTHIE:

1 CUP OF SPINACH

1 CELERY CHOPPED

1 TEASPOON FRESH GINGER GRATED

1 TABLESPOON OF CHIA SEEDS

1 CUP OF GREEK YOGURT OR ALMOND MILK

7 FROZEN GRAPES

½ APPLE CHOPPED

BLEND

SNACK:

WATER AND LEMON THROUGH OUT THE DAY

4 SMALL, PEELED RAW CARROTS

LUNCH:

VEGGIE SOUP:

2 BOXES OF CHICKEN BROTH

CARROTS, ZUCCHINI, CAULIFLOWER, ONION AND CELERY FROZEN PEAS, SNOW PEAS.

CHOP AND PUT IN THE BROTH. BRING TO BOIL AND THEN SIMMER FOR 45 MINUTES

HAVE A BOWL, SAVE THE REST FOR DINNER

SNACK:

1 CELERY STALK CUT IN HALF WITH PEANUT BUTTER INSIDE

DINNER:
