1 CUP OF GREEK VANILLA YOGURT (I LOVE LIGHT AND FIT – 80
CALORIES)
• MIX THE YOGURT AND BLUEBERRIES AND LAY THEM OUT ON A
COOKIE SHEET (NOT TOUCHING) AND FREEZE FOR 1 HOUR. THEN
STORE IN PLASTIC BAGGIES.
