SPREAD PEANUT BUTTER ON THE STALK AND CUT INTO THIRDS
SPRINKLE WITH SALTED, SHELLED PUMPKIN SEEDS

FROZEN YOGURT BLUEBERRIES

1 PINT OF BLUEBERRIES
1 CUP OF GREEK VANILLA YOGURT (I LOVE LIGHT AND FIT – 80
CALORIES)

• MIX THE YOGURT AND BLUEBERRIES AND LAY THEM OUT ON A
COOKIE SHEET (NOT TOUCHING) AND FREEZE FOR 1 HOUR. THEN
STORE IN PLASTIC BAGGIES.
