2 CUPS OF UNCOOKED OATS
1 1⁄2 TSP BAKING POWDER
1⁄4 TSP OF SALT
2 EGGS
1⁄2 CUP OF PLAIN GREEK YOGURT
2 TSP OF VANILLA
1 MASHED RIPE BANANA
1 CUP OF DRAINED CANNED BEETS (OR TWO SKINNED AND
ROASTED BEETS)
2 TSP OF FLAVORLESS OIL (SUNFLOWER AND AVOCADO
WORK)
3 TSP OF MAPLE SYRUP
BLEND OATS, BAKING POWDER AND SALT IN A BLENDER. PUT
ASIDE IN A BOWL. ADD BEETS,EGGS, OIL, YOGURT, VANILLA,
SYRUP AND BANANA TO BLENDER. THEN EMPTY BLENDER
INTO THE BOWL WITH DRY INGREDIENTS AND MIX. SPRAY A
PAN WITH COOKING SPRAY AND MAKE PANCAKES!
