FINALLY, ADD THE ZUCCHINI NOODLES AND COOK ONLY 2 MINUTES (YOU DO
NOT WANT TO OVER COOK THEM)
TOP WITH EXTRA SCALLIONS
ZUCCHINI NOODLES WITH TURKEY BOLOGNESE
3 MEDIUM ZUCCHINI OR A PRE -CUT CONTAINER OF THE SPIRAL
ZUCCHINI
1 TABLESPOON OF MINCED GARLIC
1 SWEET ONION CHOPPED
1 POUND OF GROUND TURKEY OR CHICKEN MEAT
1 CAN (28 0Z) CRUSHED TOMATOES
2 TABLESPOONS OF TOMATO PASTE

1 POUND OF ZUCCHINI SPIRALS (OR 3 MEDIUM ZUCCHINIS IF
SPIRALING THEM YOURSELF)
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
3 SCALLIONS CHOPPED
2 TABLESPOONS OF KERRY BUTTER
JUICE OF 1 LEMON
2 TABLESPOONS OF PARSLEY
MELT THE BUTTER AND ADD GARLIC AND SCALLIONS TO PAN. COOK 2
