¾ CUPS OF PEANUT BUTTER (CREAMY) CAN BE ALMOND BUTTER
1 TSP OF CINNAMON
1 EGG
½ CUP OF UNSWEETENED APPLE SAUCE
½ CUP OF DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS
½ CUP OF UNSWEETENED COCONUT FLAKES (OPTIONAL)
MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER. IF IT IS LOSE THEN ADD MORE OATS. I MAKE THEM THE SIZE OF A SMALL HAMBURGER PATTY. PLACE ON A COOKIE SHEET AND BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES. I THEN FLIP THEM AND COOK FOR ANOTHER 10 MINUTES.
YOU HAVE PROTEIN, CINNAMON FOR BLOOD SUGAR BALANCE, POTASSIUM AND FIBER.
