1 CUP OF CHOPPED SWEET ONIONS
1 CUP OF CHOPPED CARROTS
4 CLOVES OF GARLIC MINCED
1 CUP OF CHOPPED CELERY
1⁄2 A HEAD OF CABBAGE CHOPPED
2 BOXES OF CHICKEN BROTH
14 OUNCE CAN OF DICED TOMATOES
1/2 TEASPOON OF PEPPER
1/2 TEASPOON OF CHILI POWDER (LESS IF YOU DO NOT LIKE
SPICE)
PUT OLIVE OIL IN A PAN (TWO TABLESPOONS) ADD ONIONS,
CARROTS, GARLIC AND CELERY. COOK TILL TENDER. ADD
BROTH, TOMATOES AND CABBAGE. COVER AND LET SIMMER
TILL CABBAGE IS TENDER. ADD PEPPER AND CHILI POWDER
AND STIR. SIMMER 5 MORE MINUTES AND SERVE
