GRILLED APRICOT CHICKEN WITH FRESH PEACHES:

  • 4 Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1/3 cup honey mustard
  • 3 tablespoons apricot preserves
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, ground
  • 2 sliced peaches

    Cooking Instructions
    1. Preheat grill to medium-high. Mix mustard, apricot
    preserves and ginger in a small bowl. Brush some of the
    mustard mixture on chicken.
    2. Place chicken on grill about 6 inches from heat. Grill
    chicken, brushing frequently with remaining mustard
    mixture, 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until done
    (internal temp 170°F). TOP WITH FRESH PEACHES
