I TEACH A PARKING LOT WORK OUT AND IT JUST MAKES THE WALK A LITTLE MORE CHALLENGING, WITHOUT COMING BACK INTO WORK SWEATY. IT ALSO GIVES YOUR MUSCLE A LITTLE CHANGE FROM A NORMAL WALK.
LOOK AROUND YOUR PARKING LOT AND NOTICE THE CURBS. AS YOU WALK AROUND YOUR BUILDING PICK TWO CURBS ON EITHER SIDE. EVERY TIME YOU APPROACH THOSE SPECIFIC PARTS OF THE CURB STOP. STEP UP ON THAT CURB 25 TIMES WITH YOUR RIGHT LEG AND THEN 25 TIMES WITH YOUR LEFT. YOU HAVE JUST WORKED OUT YOUR QUADS.
IF THERE IS A BENCH, EVERY TIME YOU PASS IT DO 20 SQUATS. WHO CARES WHAT PEOPLE LOOKING OUT THE WINDOW THINK, THEY SHOULD BE OUT THERE TOO!
