THAI BEEF LETTUCE WRAPS

1 POUND OF GROUND BEEF, TURKEY OR CHICKEN
1⁄4 CUP OF WATER
3 TABLESPOONS OF CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER
2 TABLESPOONS OF SOY SAUCE
2 LIMES SQUEEZED (JUICE)
3⁄4 TEASPOON OF GARLIC POWDER
3⁄4 TEASPOON OF GROUND GINGER
PINCH OF CRUSHED RED PEPPER
8 ROMAINE LETTUCE LEAVES

COOK GROUND MEAT IN A HEATED PAN BREAKING INTO CRUMBLES. (ABOUT 10 MINUTES). DRAIN.
IN A BOWL, COMBINE PEANUT BUTTER, SOY SAUCE, LIME JUICE, GARLIC POWDER, GROUND GINGER AND RED PEPPER.
STIR MIXTURE INTO BEEF. COOK FOR 3 MINUTES.
DIVIDE THE MIXTURE INTO THE LEAVES. ENJOY!
