GROCERY STORE AND TOSS THEM IN EITHER OF THESE SOUPS!
BE ADVENTUROUS IN THE STORE (NOT THE WILD).

SIMPLE MUSHROOM SOUP

1 TABLESPOON OF BUTTER
1 SWEET ONION CHOPPED
1 CARROT CHOPPED
1 CELERY STICK CHOPPED
1 TABLESPOON MINCED GARLIC
3 CUPS OF PORTEBELLA MUSHROOMS
1 CUP OF SHIITAKE
2 BOXES OF BEETH BROTH
2 TABLESPOONS OF WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
DASH OF RED PEPPER FLAKES

MELT BUTTER IN YOUR POT. ADD ONION, CARROTS AND
CELERY AND COOK FOR 3 MINUTES. ADD GARLIC AND
MUSHROOMS. COOK FOR 5 MINUTES. ADD THE BEEF BROTH,
WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, AND PEPPER FLAKES.
LET SIMMER FOR 30 MINUTES. (I DID ADD A TABLESPOON OF
SOY SAUCE TO MINE, BUT THAT IS OPTIONAL)
