- 6 EGGS (HARD BOILED)
- 1 SQUEEZED JUICE FROM A LIME
- 1 CHOPPED SMALL TOMATO
- 1 CHOPPED SMALL RED ONION
- SALT/PEPPER TO TASTE
MUSH YOUR AVOCADOS AND ADD ALL INGREDIENTS BUT THE EGGS.
CUT THE HARD-BOILED EGGS IN HALF AND DISCARD THE YOLK.
PUT THE GUACAMOLE IN A BAGGIE, CUT THE CORNER OFF THE BAGGIE AND FILL THE EGG WHITES.
