PLACE THE GROUND CHICKEN IN A BOWL AND MIX IN THE STUFFING
SHAPE INTO NORMAL SIZE MEATBALLS AND BROWN THEM IN A
LITTLE OLIVE OIL.
PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 375 DEGREES
PLACE THE BROWNED MEATBALLS IN A BAKING DISH (DUMP THEM IN
OLIVE OIL AND ALL) SPRINKLE WITH A LITTLE SEASON SALT AND BAKE
FOR 20 MINUTES.
SERVE WITH A SALAD ON THE SIDE WITH DRIED CRANBERRIES AND
WALNUTS AND YOU HAVE HEALTHY LEFT-OVERS
