ZUCCHINI NOODLES WITH TURKEY BOLOGNESE

3 MEDIUM ZUCCHINI OR A PRE -CUT CONTAINER OF THE SPIRAL
ZUCCHINI
1 TABLESPOON OF MINCED GARLIC
1 SWEET ONION CHOPPED
1 POUND OF GROUND TURKEY OR CHICKEN MEAT
1 CAN (28 0Z) CRUSHED TOMATOES
2 TABLESPOONS OF TOMATO PASTE
2 TABLESPOONS OF OLIVE OIL

SPIRAL THE ZUCCHINI IF NOT ALREADY SPIRALED.
MEANWHILE SAUTE THE ONIONS AND GARLIC IN 2 TABLESPOONS OF
OLIVE OIL. (ABOUT 3 MINUTES)
ADD TURKEY OR CHICKEN MEAT. WHEN FULLY COOKED ADD
CRUSHED TOMATOES AND TOMATO PASTE (ADD SALT AND PEPPER
TO TASTE). SIMMER ABOUT 2 MINUTES.
BOIL WATER. TOSS IN ZUCCHINI NOODLES FOR 45 SECONDS, DRAIN
AND TOP WITH THE BOLOGNESE. SPRINKLE WITH A TINY BIT OF
PARM CHEESE.
